Erik Noyes
Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Michael London ’92 and Stephen H. Kramer ’92 Term Chair in Entrepreneurship
An expert in innovation, growth strategy, and AI, Associate Professor Erik Noyes led the creation of Babson’s interdisciplinary AI lab “The Generator” and is the founding Faculty Director of the Weissman Foundry. His research, which examines entrepreneurial thinking, AI-enabled innovation, and disruptive innovation, has been published in multiple books, journals, and the Harvard Business School case collection. Prior to joining Babson, he consulted for companies such as BMW, New Balance, and Motorola.

Jonathan Sims
Associate Professor of Strategic Management
Associate Professor Jonathan Sims’ research primarily centers on open innovation communities and teaching pedagogy. His work has been featured in journals including Innovation, R&D Management, Academy of Management Learning & Education, MIT Sloan Management Review, Industrial and Corporate Change, and Strategic Organization. He has presented and organized events for the World Open Innovation Conference and the Academy of Management.
