Accelerate your leadership impact with a transformative executive education experience designed to elevate your influence, confidence, and career trajectory. During this certificate leadership program for women—designed by and for women and their allies—you will activate a personalized leadership action plan with support from executive coaches and real-time feedback from peers. You will learn to identify your strengths and apply them strategically to drive meaningful change within your organization and beyond. As you refine your leadership presence, you’ll gain greater clarity, confidence, and purpose in how you lead.

The program also helps you expand your network of senior women leaders and allies, creating connections that support your long-term growth. You will leave with targeted leadership coaching, a fresh perspective on a current career challenge, and a clear, actionable path forward.

You choose from two certificate formats: a five-day, in-person intensive for immersive growth and high-impact networking or a five-week, virtual experience for deep reflection, rich dialogue, and flexible learning.

Whether you’re seeking to grow into your next role or amplify your impact where you are, this training will elevate your leadership and extend that impact to your entire team.
